Requirements

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM, or customer experience IT projects
  • Proven track record in global, matrix environments
  • Experience with GxP validation and vendor management
  • Strong knowledge of Agile SCRUM development methodologies
  • Ability to define best practices for web and mobile solution design, integrating multiple cloud platforms to achieve business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience in designing and hosting customer-facing digital assets, including websites and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with software quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in organizational management within large-scale, global business models
  • Interdisciplinary, intercultural, and influencing skills with the ability to build effective networks

  • Understanding of solutions in Content Management, Digital Asset Management, CRM, Medical Legal Review, content tagging, and workflow design

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured analysis of business goals, customer journeys (B2C and B2B), and process requirements across marketing and customer experience
  • Translate complex requirements into clear use cases, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Identify risks and gaps—operational, technical, and financial—and recommend improvements
  • Lead pilot implementations of digital content solutions and ensure smooth handover to service delivery teams
  • Drive implementation and enhancement of digital platforms including CMS (e.g., AEM), DAM, marketing automation (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze), and eCommerce integrations
  • Define and execute the digital content roadmap, including metadata management, content tagging, and information architecture
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align priorities and expectations
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, UAT sessions, and reviews with commercial and IT partners
  • Champion GDPR, healthcare compliance, IT security, and corporate digital governance
  • Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement based on analytics and feedback
