Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT engineering, infrastructure, or automation roles in a SaaS-heavy environment
  • Strong hands-on coding/scripting skills (Python, Shell scripting, or similar)
  • Solid experience with SaaS APIs and integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Tray.io, n8n)
  • In-depth knowledge of Okta, identity lifecycle automation, and endpoint management (Jamf, Workspace ONE)
  • Ability to drive architectural decisions and lead technical projects across multiple teams
  • Strong communication skills: you can advocate for your ideas clearly and constructively
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior technical contributor within the Integration Engineering team, providing direction and thought leadership across complex automation and integration initiatives
  • Design scalable architectures for IT workflows and systems, and bring clarity to technical choices through strong communication and documentation
  • Influence technical strategy within the team and across IT-related stakeholders (Security, Workplace, HR Tech…)
  • Build and maintain advanced automation across our internal SaaS ecosystem: Okta, Workday, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian suite, Jamf, and more
  • Develop and own tools that enhance system efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support compliance/security needs
  • Create and maintain integrations using Workato (or similar platforms), with a focus on scalability, observability, and reliability
  • Take end-to-end ownership of key projects: from design and prototyping to implementation and operational hand-off
  • Lead incident post-mortems and root cause analysis for internal IT services
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure internal tooling meets business requirements and scales with the organization
  • Identify system inefficiencies and lead efforts to continuously improve internal processes
  • Provide mentorship through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical documentation
  • Proactively drive the adoption of engineering best practices within the IT team
