Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Zeta's Product
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Create accurate content for internal and external developers
  • Write comprehensive product documentation
  • Produce engaging technical papers and blogs to encourage developer engagement
  • Contribute to talent engagement through articles on Medium/LinkedIn
  • Work with L&D to address technical product training gaps and support onboarding for new employees
  • Create accurate technical documentation, including integration guides, admin guides, and user guides (for Enterprise customers)
  • Contribute to establishing processes for drafting, publishing, change management, and KPI management
  • Research SaaS documentation to develop a model and Information Architecture for various documentation types
  • Contribute to hiring and team building efforts
  • Assist the Customer Support function in building their knowledge base
  • Build feedback loops for gathering input on the quality and usefulness of produced materials
