Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years specializing in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement compensation strategies, job frameworks, and career development programs
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and best practices for benefits administration and leave management
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills — able to translate data into insights and influence decisions across the organization
  • Proven success building trust and credibility with leaders while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., BambooHR, Carta, or similar platforms)
  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach with a passion for building equitable, scalable people programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Truveta’s compensation philosophy, ensuring our pay practices are fair, transparent, and market-competitive
  • Design, manage, and communicate the Growth & Impact performance process, aligning performance management, rewards, and career development
  • Partner with Finance and People leaders to manage compensation benchmarking, modeling, and equity programs
  • Oversee benefit program design, vendor relationships, compliance, and employee education to ensure a best-in-class employee experience
  • Maintain and evolve Truveta’s job level framework, career ladders, and progression tools, ensuring consistency and equity across functions
  • Manage leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, and medical leave requests, ensuring compliance and compassionate employee support
