Requirements

Candidates must have 4-5 years of Workday configuration experience, proficiency with EIBs, and experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused company. Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, be highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and process improvement is essential. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience developing/implementing business and system process improvements and setting standards are required. Preferred qualifications include Workday Pro Certification, Agile or Scrum certification, a passion for People/HR technology, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

The Senior HRIS Analyst will provide technical support for Workday Modules, including researching and resolving system problems, performing scheduled activities, and recommending solutions. They will collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, advise on new functionality, and promote user adoption. Responsibilities include participating in the review, testing, and implementation of feature releases, documenting processes and results following SOX compliance, and maintaining data integrity through audits and analysis. The analyst will also engage with the Workday community to understand system capabilities and act as a system consultant.
