Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably Workday, in a global setting
Proven expertise in configuring Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Reporting (Bonus: Payroll, Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Absence)
Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system dependencies
Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and security concepts
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and system efficiency
Clear communicator who can simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
Workday certifications and Agile experience are a plus
Responsibilities
Lead Workday Configuration & Optimization: Own and enhance modules like Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruiting
Provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and design smart solutions that improve user experience and business outcomes
Partner across teams: Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
Drive quality & accuracy: Conduct system testing (UAT, regression), maintain documentation, and ensure data integrity through audits and controls
Enable insights: Build reports, dashboards, and calculated fields that empower data-driven decisions
Support integrations: Collaborate with IT and vendors to maintain seamless connections between Workday and other systems
Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor Workday releases and industry trends to recommend improvements and automation opportunities
Mentor & collaborate: Guide HRIS Analysts and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment
