Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field)
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partnering role supporting leaders and teams
  • Proven ability to build credibility, coach leaders and influence key decisions at multiple organizational levels
  • Strong experience supporting HR projects, organizational change and employee development initiatives
  • Proficiency with HR systems and ability to work with HR data, dashboards and reporting to support insights and decisions
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently, balance multiple priorities and apply sound judgment when navigating complex or sensitive situations
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization (advantage)
  • Familiarity with Saudi and Gulf labour law (advantage)
  • Exposure to talent management or organizational development (advantage)
  • Experience handling HR data insights, dashboards or analytics (advantage)
  • CIPD or SHRM certification (beneficial)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leaders by aligning HR initiatives with business needs
  • Design, implement, and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and performance
  • Partner with leaders to identify and resolve workforce and talent needs proactively
  • Lead employee lifecycle management, organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives
  • Serve as HR liaison in key programs and drive improvements to HR processes, systems and ways of working
  • Support HR data analysis and workforce insights, including dashboards and reporting to inform business decisions
  • Manage operational HR activities to ensure smooth execution of processes, compliance and employee experience
  • Coach and support HR colleagues when applicable
  • Other duties may be assigned
