Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that promote growth and innovation
  • Act as a consultant and provide coaching to management on employee-related matters
  • Create and facilitate leadership training workshops aimed at developing fundamental and advanced leadership skills
  • Guide managers through difficult discussions on performance, career progression, and compensation
  • Offer advice and coaching on HR policies, processes, and programs while ensuring fairness and employee advocacy
  • Drive initiatives to enhance leadership and company culture in line with our core values
  • Consult on a range of HR matters, including staffing, compensation, training, performance management, and compliance
  • Develop, lead, and deliver ad-hoc projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Work towards creating an engaging organizational environment conducive to learning and employee development
