Requirements

  • 4-year degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
  • 5-7 years in progressive HR, Transformation, and/or Strategy roles; substantial HR Business Partner experience preferred
  • Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to translate the business agenda into HR strategy and lead from ideation through execution
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders and delivering results through others without direct authority
  • Experience working with multiple clients/groups at a time in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Experience implementing core processes and delivering continuous improvements over short- and long-term horizons
  • Intellectual curiosity to learn and understand the restaurant and franchising business and share best practices
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with significant ongoing change
  • A strong background with generalist accountabilities, including change management, leadership development, and organization design
  • A track record of strong coaching, conflict management and influence up, down, and across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to corporate function leaders by developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and collaborating on development and implementation of talent strategies
  • Act as a primary thought partner to business leaders, providing human capital consultation and guidance in accordance with the Inspire Brands “People First” business strategy
  • Lead implementation of talent development programs, succession planning strategies, and leadership development initiatives to nurture a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce
  • Drive performance management processes, guiding leaders on goal-setting, performance evaluation, and coaching for continuous improvement
  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational structures, recommending and implementing changes that optimize effectiveness, efficiency, agility, and team member engagement
  • Lead change management initiatives, providing guidance and support to leaders in navigating organizational changes and ensuring smooth transitions
  • Execute strategies and programs to enhance team member engagement, foster a positive work culture, and promote team member growth and retention
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters with urgency and integrity, leveraging supporting stakeholders, e.g. legal, compliance, etc
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to derive insights, track progress, and make data-informed decisions related to talent, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Enable leaders to deliver on our EVP and secure Inspire Brands’ anchor as a best place to work for Mavericks, Allies, Visionaries, Achievers, and Good Citizens
