  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group discussions with senior executives
  • Ability to work closely and build relationships with client executives and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, as well as contribute significantly in coordination with a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing, positive attitude
