Five+ years hands-on software engineering
1–2+ years running growth experiments in PLG/SaaS (dev tools experience ideal)
Full-stack fluency with professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.js) and Go, plus strong SQL
Confident with data: define events, query BigQuery, analyze in PostHog and Hex (or similar)
Ship unblocked, communicate clearly, and close the loop
Driven to understand the “why” behind everything and focus curiosity into action
User-focused and comfortable with open collaboration, talking to developers, sharing dashboards/PRs/read-outs
Excited to embrace and leverage LLM-based tools
Based in North America or Western Europe time zones (core hours during regular workday)

Responsibilities

Ship experiments across growth surfaces (SDKs, docs/quickstart, dashboard onboarding, backend, email/CRM)
Collaborate across engineering, design, product, and marketing to improve developer experiences
Operate across full stack: Next.js + JavaScript/TypeScript (JS SDK), Go services with Postgres, BigQuery/PostHog for analysis/flags
Establish clear hypothesis and success metrics for experiments; instrument, launch behind flags, monitor, and share read-outs
