The Senior G&A Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across non-technical functions such as Customer Success, Sales, People, and Marketing. They will partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions. The recruiter will develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling.
