Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s HCM product across a varied portfolio of customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, leading or supporting the implementation of single or multiple HCM functional streams focusing on Talent Acquisition and Development
  • Work under the guidance of a Functional Architect or Senior Consultant on active project engagements
  • Collaborate closely with other Consulting Teams, including Data and Integration Consultants, for seamless application touch-points
  • Gather and understand customer’s business requirements and demonstrate core Workday concepts using pre-delivered solutions
  • Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed unit testing of the Workday solution
  • Support customers during multiple rounds of testing, responding to and resolving test issues under the guidance of the Lead Consultant
  • Undertake final deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and post-production support
  • Work on at least 1-3 full-cycle implementation projects within areas of expertise in the first year
