Requirements

  • 4+ years in Strategic Finance/BizOps, including 2+ years converging B2B Go-to-Market business models
  • Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred
  • Experience with consumption-based business models is a meaningful plus
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data analytics and financial insights, with expert-level forecasting and financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and Looker (or similar BI tools)
  • Fervor for B2B business models and the broader market landscape
  • Thrive in an environment where you are able to work autonomously and solve ambiguous problems

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to cross-functional leads across Channel Partnerships, including teams from Business Development, Product, and Marketing, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions with strategic financial insights
  • Develop reporting and forecasting that provide a fundamental understanding of our business drivers and actionable insight into opportunities to improve business performance
  • Cultivate an ongoing POV on our existing and potential partner landscape. Quantitatively validate what is driving success in our partner tactics and evolve our partner playbook
  • Structure partnerships to mutually align incentives and economics. Example deal components include revenue-share, depth of product integration, and exclusivity. Own the business case and approval process when deal approvals are required by executive leadership
  • Create pricing promotions and preferred partner pricing to drive customer acquisition and revenue outcomes
  • Proactively deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that inform go-to-market tactics, product features & experiments, and other cross-functional roadmaps
  • Drive the long-range and annual planning processes - defining strategic priorities, goals, OKRs, and budgets
