Responsibilities:

  • Processing Vendor Payments and Employee Reimbursements in accordance with established processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Performing daily Bank Reconciliations.
  • Serving as the Point of Contact (POC) for employee queries related to Employee Reimbursements and Payroll.
  • Managing Petty Cash.
  • Preparing bi-weekly Cash Utilization/Projection Reports for the India Entity.
  • Preparing Vendor/Employee Ledger balance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to work independently while adhering to documented procedures, with appropriate support.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver work within established timelines.
  • Fluency in English with excellent comprehension skills.
  • Computer literate.

  • Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Working Conditions:
