Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. They should have at least 8 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within a high-growth SaaS environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools is also desired.
As a Senior Manager, FP&A, you will partner with the CRO and sales leadership to analyze GTM performance, refine ARR forecasting, and ensure disciplined budget management. You will develop and maintain accurate ARR forecasts, oversee budget planning and management for the global GTM organization, and build scalable financial frameworks to guide decision-making and resource allocation. Furthermore, you will manage monthly close processes, performance reporting, and sales headcount reporting, providing insights to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
