Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Candidates should have 8+ years of FP&A or business finance experience, including experience at a global company and in Corporate Finance. Proven ability to draw conclusions from data, work cross-functionally, influence appropriately, and possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with external reporting and company benchmarking is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior FP&A Manager will build relationships with business partners, support annual operating plans and monthly forecasts, and manage/prepare Board presentations and Management Reports. They will deliver analysis and reporting of financial results, support the Treasury team with cash forecasts, analyze key performance indicators, and build collaborative relationships to drive operational efficiency. The role also involves performing ad-hoc analysis, presenting findings to executive management, driving improved management reporting, developing repeatable processes for Corporate FP&A, and building financial models for investment priorities and long-range planning.
