Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights
  • Collaborate with global teams to align regional metrics, goals, and business reviews as part of the APAC FP&A team
  • Serve as the key financial business partner to the local PD (publishing director) and GTM (go-to-market) team by assisting in the design of efficient, effective marketing plans and strategies
  • Support the delivery of annual budgets, revised forecasts, and pacing reporting (quarterly, monthly, and weekly)
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operating reports, including monthly operating statements, forecasts, monthly variance analysis, and budget data
  • Perform month/quarter/annual close activities, including analyzing accounts, making journal entries, performing account reconciliations, preparing reports and financial statements, and resolving issues
  • Create and develop dashboards/reports and financial/data models for planning and monitoring
  • Analyze financial impact and effectiveness of ad hoc business cases
  • Assist in the creation of presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variance
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Create models to evaluate and track ROI and project priorities
  • Support regional forecasts and annual budgets
  • Provide financial support to leadership through presentations, analysis, and responding to management requests
