Requirements

Candidates must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm, preferably a Big 4 firm, or a multinational corporation. A strong understanding of accounting principles, technical accounting knowledge, and familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) are essential. Knowledge of other local GAAP is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Analyst will act as a key point of contact and support for specific international entities, maintaining a compliance calendar and ensuring data availability for regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include liaising with other teams such as Banking, Operations, and Tax to coordinate information flow and process improvements. The role involves assisting in the preparation of monthly financials, reviewing bank reconciliations, performing variance analysis, and managing accruals and provisions. Maintaining audit readiness, assisting with cash flow forecasting, and supporting the migration of financials to NetSuite for new entities are also key duties. A focus on streamlining, automation, and enhancing process effectiveness is expected.
