Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree and over 7 years of relevant experience. A Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Technologist (RT) with Cath Lab experience is highly preferred, along with experience in medical devices and clinical trials or research. This role requires 80% travel within the United States.
The Senior Field Clinical Specialist will oversee the direction, planning, and execution of clinical trials and research, including data collection. Responsibilities include contributing to the implementation of clinical protocols, facilitating report completion, recruiting clinical investigators, negotiating study design and costs, and directing human clinical trials. The role also involves participating in adverse event reporting and safety monitoring, coordinating reporting for regulatory agencies, monitoring clinician adherence to protocols, determining study completion, and overseeing investigator-initiated and group studies. Additionally, the specialist may act as a consultant or liaison with other corporations under licensing agreements.
