Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish, as interviews will be conducted in Spanish. Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing networking technology to end-user customers and through channel partners, including distributors, value-added resellers, and managed service providers. Extensive travel within the Latin America region (50%) is required, and the candidate should preferably be located in Latin America, Puerto Rico, Southern Florida, or Southern Texas.

Responsibilities

The Senior Field & Channel Marketing Manager will develop strategy, define programs and tactics, and execute local marketing campaigns, field events, and channel events to drive sales of BlueCat's Intelligent Network Operations portfolio. This includes planning and executing regional marketing events, implementing channel partner and demand generation programs, analyzing program performance, and developing marketing campaigns for and through channel partners. The role also involves collaborating with partners on joint marketing campaigns, ensuring channel partners are trained, managing marketing budgets, developing and managing marketing materials, tracking campaign performance, and focusing on new logo acquisition and upsell campaigns. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders is also a key responsibility.
