The Head of Americas Regional Marketing will develop and execute the Americas marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities, ARR targets, and pipeline goals. This role involves leading and growing a team across field marketing, events, ABM, and channel marketing, and partnering with global COE teams to activate global campaigns. Responsibilities include driving regional demand generation through strategic events and localized campaigns, leading presence at industry trade shows and executive roundtables, and building and executing ABM programs for top enterprise accounts. The role also entails developing and executing marketing programs with key channel and alliance partners, acting as a trusted partner to regional Sales leadership, and owning regional marketing pipeline targets, ensuring alignment to business objectives and adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
