Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry, including hands-on involvement in L11 factory integration, validation, and scaling activities
  • Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware such as servers, storage systems, and network devices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in dynamic environments
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and technical presentation skills in Japanese
  • Business level English communication

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments, ensuring seamless integration and customer happiness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies
  • Act as a technical expert supporting sales teams, driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions through close collaboration with customers and internal collaborators
  • Lead technical engagement with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers to identify system architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI space
  • Support L11 factory integration activities by working with OEM partners to embed NVIDIA technologies into manufacturing workflows, accelerating deployment readiness and time-to-value
