Responsibilities

The Senior Executive Assistant will manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, triage and draft emails, prepare key documents and presentations, and oversee travel and expenses. This role involves maintaining VIP relationships, supporting board and leadership projects, anticipating the CEO's needs, ensuring successful meeting execution, tracking key milestones, upholding confidentiality, and driving alignment across leadership by ensuring priorities are followed through. Responsibilities also include drafting internal communications on behalf of the CEO and leading the end-to-end process for preparing board decks.
