Requirements

Significant experience delivering events across the globe in the pharmaceutical industry (essential)
Experience managing events ranging from 10 to 500 attendees, including congresses, pharma standalone meetings, ad boards, and product launches
Experience working across multiple agency departments (e.g., delegate management, warehouse operations, logistics)
Ability to lead by example, operating to an exceptional level of delivery and demanding the same from project team members
Act as first point of contact for clients and delegates on a project-by-project basis
Efficiently organise and coordinate logistics and administration for registration, travel, and accommodation
Manage multiple complex projects up to €500+ with multiple meetings/dinners in a calm, composed manner
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment to manage client and internal expectations
Interpret client briefs and create compelling, creative, thorough proposals
Strong client relationship management, including challenging and suggesting alternatives
Create and manage granular project planners with all milestones for timely, efficient delivery
Manage a team of colleagues, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for seamless delivery
Ability to chair conference calls with client agencies (e.g., Med Comms)
Ability to build registration websites, create bespoke reporting, and write/oversight delegate communication plans (save the dates, invitations, registration chasers, joining instructions, departure notices)
Agile, flexible, professional, calm-headed, process-driven, consistent, with impeccable attention to detail
Willingness to travel within Europe 1-2 times per month

Responsibilities

Lead project teams through the full lifecycle of events to ensure seamless delivery on time and on budget
Guide and support colleagues in the project team
Focus on attendee/delegate management in pre-production, on-site, and post-production
Serve as key day-to-day project contact for clients
Organise and coordinate all logistics for registration, travel, and accommodation for flawless delegate experience
Regularly lead projects across a broad range of pharmaceutical sector events
