Position Overview

Zip is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant with experience in ERP systems (such as Netsuite, Oracle Fusion, SAP s/4, Ariba, or Coupa) to lead customer onboarding and drive product implementation. This role requires a hands-on approach and offers the opportunity to influence our product roadmap. As Zip scales, you will work with a diverse range of new clients across various industries, including current clients like OpenAI, Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, and Databricks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new customers, focusing on understanding requirements and creatively configuring the product to address their needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, building out their processes from scratch.
  • Conduct training and Q&A sessions for customers and key stakeholders to ensure they can utilize the product independently.
  • Proactively manage multiple customer onboarding projects, overseeing requirements and tasks.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate customer requests, determine supportability, and manage customer expectations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding by taking necessary actions.
  • Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate customer time-to-value.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in one of the following roles: Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer and stakeholder relationships in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Prior experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool or ERP system (Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, or Netsuite preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Comfort with software configuration; technical skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the success of Zip and its customers.
