Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or 8 or more years of experience leading large-scale projects, along with 5 or more years of experience leading large projects while communicating with various levels of management and teams. Proficiency in business consulting and experience in multiple corporate sourcing categories are required, as is comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project, and Visio. Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Transformation Professional plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma, diagrams and evaluates existing processes, develops metrics for process measurement, and identifies indicators for future improvement opportunities. They collect data to determine root cause of problems, measure performance against process requirements, and align improvement to performance shortfalls. The role involves providing consultation on re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality, delivering presentations and training courses, surveying and analyzing best practices, performing cost and benefit analyses, and beginning to influence department strategy, while exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
