Requirements

  • Prospection specialist capable of executing multichannel approaches to generate 1-2 high-quality meetings per week for Very Large accounts (3k+ employees) using Smart & Soft selling methodology
  • Ability to identify, research, and engage senior executives at very large organizations (3,000+ employees)
  • Experience owning the entire top-of-funnel process, from strategic account mapping to relationship building
  • Skills in combining traditional BDR activities with strategic account coordination and creative business approaches to penetrate complex enterprise accounts

Responsibilities

  • Execute multichannel prospection generating 1-2 high-quality meetings per week for Very Large accounts (3k+ employees) using Smart & Soft selling methodology, ensuring prospect experience aligns with Alan's customer experience standards
  • Manage complex, long-cycle prospects and support Account Executives through the entire sales process, including meeting preparation and strategy development
  • Lead Alan’s Executive Program: collaborate with Senior leadership to build and nurture their prospection pipe, leveraging their brand & personality to connect with C-levels at Very Large companies and support acquisition
  • Take ownership of very large accounts and most strategic prospects (3,000+ employees)
  • Support Account Executives with pipeline management for structured approach to penetrating complex enterprise accounts
  • Prepare and influence tenders
