  • Natural understanding of the sales process
  • 6-8+ years of experience in a closing role (especially in B2B Tech, Enterprise sales)
  • Multi-tasker who can adapt to changing situations
  • Willingness to speak at events/conferences
  • Preference for candidates with experience at companies with over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure

  • Managing and growing a sales pipeline within your list of Enterprise Accounts

  • Making every Algolia user a satisfied customer, regardless of the deal size
  • Collaborating across teams to better focus customer-facing efforts
  • Building compelling demonstrations and sales materials
