Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), and an energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player attitude. They should also be adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies, familiar with open source technology, and possess experience using Salesforce, along with a command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Growth will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the Swiss region, identifying and nurturing opportunities with current customers, managing forecasts and tracking customer data, cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, managing the sales process including proposals and negotiations, becoming an expert in Salesforce, managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests, and ultimately meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
