Requirements

Expertise in graph and relational databases, event-driven architectures, and large-scale data pipelines

Responsibilities

Define and drive the data platform strategy, including graph database services, APIs, pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure
Own service reliability and performance for the Identity Trust Graph Database and supporting APIs
Deliver scalable event-driven architectures and data pipelines that enable real-time and batch data processing
Establish and enforce standards for data governance, quality, lineage, security, and developer experience
Partner with product managers to translate business and compliance needs into scalable platform solutions
Evaluate and implement modern data engineering platforms, frameworks, and tools that accelerate adoption and self-service
Guide data model design across graph-based and relational architectures to support both operational and analytical use cases
Monitor, optimize, and scale platform services to meet high availability and performance requirements
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, and GDPR
Mentor and grow engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Advocate for the team and platform initiatives
