Responsibilities

Enable effective collaboration across crews by fostering psychological safety, facilitating knowledge sharing, and addressing team dynamics proactively
Drive strategic alignment with product partners, improve development efficiency using modern tools (AI, Cursor, Dust), and ensure realistic commitments that balance technical needs with business goals
Stay hands-on with architecture decisions, technical problem-solving, and maintaining engineering skills while developing as a leader
Lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, working closely with product managers, support operations, and data scientists
