Requirements

The Senior Engineering Manager is expected to have extensive experience building web platforms, including UI frameworks, APIs, application infrastructure, and toolchains for data-intensive customer experiences. Demonstrated experience in developing and productionizing AI applications is highly desirable, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface and partner with various levels of the organization, are required. Prior management and leadership experience, with a focus on growing, mentoring, and developing a team effectively, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will build and lead a team of engineers by hiring, coaching, and mentoring. You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to plan, develop, and deliver solutions on time. You will implement a balanced technical roadmap that ensures modernization and future platform growth, while cultivating a thriving culture that promotes innovation and brings others along. Furthermore, you will be an active role model in the organization and partner with other leaders to drive positive change.
