Responsibilities

  • Partner across territories to develop, guide, and execute seasonal energy plans, from concept to marketplace launch
  • Support strategic alignment between APLA and territories on seasonal stories, product priorities, and creative direction
  • Lead cross-market storytelling, connecting consumer insights and creative ideas that express the energy of APLA cities
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure Energy initiatives feel authentic, relevant, and distinct by market
  • Support campaign execution, creative production, and partner communication to deliver culturally credible activations
  • Track and share performance learnings across markets to inform future offense
  • Support and elevate the Energy strategy across the region, driving cultural resonance and energy around Nike’s most style-led products and collaborations
  • Enable territories to successfully develop and execute marketing plans with the right resources and information
