Requirements

  • You’re a builder who takes projects from 0 to 1 (e.g., former founder, lead, or impressive side project)
  • You bring full stack experience with relevant technologies (comfortable with our stack, but open to candidates with different stacks)
  • You think like a product engineer—focused on building the best product for users and documenting what you do
  • You love getting things done—proactive with a high degree of autonomy to decide what to work on
  • You’re ready to do the best work of your career and thrive in a company with strong distribution, stability, and a great team

Responsibilities

  • Build and own products that turn raw data into real decisions (not just dashboards)
  • Talk to users in analytics to understand what moves the needle and ship features that answer questions
  • Test MVPs in production with real users, iterate on feedback, and iterate on pricing decisions
  • Own pricing decisions for the product
  • Jump into support as a Support Hero to address real pain points
  • Act as a true full-stack engineer: design and ship the frontend, write HogQL queries, and, depending on the team, write high-scale/high-availability services in Rust and spin up infrastructure
  • Build tools that make data useful
