Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales Representatives and Product Specialists to develop customer database with detailed records of critical pharmacy stores, pharmaceutical companies, and private clinics
  • Evaluate, classify, and identify precise target customers; prioritize potential territories
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with key accounts by ensuring company services meet their requirements
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
  • Introduce products, including brand name, ingredients, benefits, usage, and price
  • Introduce promotion programs (if applicable) to encourage products per company sales policy
  • Collect and report market intelligence to Supervisor and Marketing team
  • Support Marketing department in developing master plan and detailed yearly marketing activities
  • Execute detailed marketing programs/activities assigned to ensure delivery of brand strategy and objectives
  • Contribute to product long-term growth by increasing awareness among HCPs/pharmacy stores/pharmaceutical companies/private clinics on improving quality of life
  • Build confidence of HCPs/pharmacy stores/pharmaceutical companies/private clinics in recommending designed products
  • Assure consistent demand growth and achievement of business goals/targets in assigned territories by identifying opportunities, gaining new business, and maintaining/growing existing business
