The Senior Director of Strategic Customer Operations requires a strong leadership background, typically 10+ years of experience in customer success or operations roles, with a proven track record of scaling customer programs and driving revenue growth. Experience with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight is essential, along with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are also needed, as is the ability to develop and implement customer success strategies.
This role involves designing and optimizing end-to-end customer success workflows, driving CS enablement initiatives, establishing executive-ready performance reporting, leading the Gainsight strategy and adoption, owning the customer health model and analytics, architecting the Executive Sponsor program, and building a Customer Reference program. The Senior Director will also be responsible for developing and executing customer communications and engagement strategies, ultimately ensuring a world-class customer experience and predictable revenue growth.
