Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully leading global Sales Operations teams in SaaS, UC, CPaaS or Contact Center industries
  • In-depth understanding of Technologies that include Salesforce inc Einstein, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, 6Sense, LeanData, RingLead, Gong, Pardot, Outreach and Gong Engage
  • Experience of deploying and integrating the technologies into Salesforce CRM
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing operational strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Operations and the earlier funnel stages that feed into the Sales funnel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Logical and process-driven mindset to optimize sales workflows
  • Effective communication skills to convey ideas and strategies clearly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Build and maintain onboarding programs, continuous learning, certifications, and methodology training
  • Provide tools, coaching support, and enablement resources to sales managers for team development and performance improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while driving operational excellence worldwide
  • Develop and execute sales enablement programs that equip sales teams with the skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed
