Experience with advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and data visualization, is essential, as is the ability to manage and mentor a team of BI/Data Analysis professionals.
This role involves surfacing insights from multiple data sources to support operational decision making, executing and coordinating critical analytics initiatives, providing interpretations of findings and their implications for MadHive, influencing leadership through proactive identification of opportunities and risks, developing solutions to deliver data-driven insights, managing a team of BI/Data Analysis professionals, participating in cross-functional teams, and providing transformational thought leadership for analytics including advanced data modeling and attribution insights across channels.
