Responsibilities
The Senior Director of Product Design will lead and inspire multiple divisions within the Product Design organization, overseeing up to 5 divisions and managing up to 6 Lead Product Designers. Responsibilities include owning strategy, architecture, and accountability for design success, conducting design reviews, creating and updating design frameworks, providing hands-on design work when needed, solving complex problems, attracting and retaining talent, and playing a pivotal role in building and scaling the design team.
