Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in product design leadership within a high-tech or SaaS software company, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches and multi-product experience. Responsibilities

The VP of Product Design will provide visionary leadership to the product design and research team, driving the creation of a cohesive, multi-product user experience and holding the team accountable for measurable improvements. This role involves revolutionizing the relationship between design and engineering, developing and executing a design strategy to solve business problems, and assessing, mentoring, and elevating the existing design organization of over 40 individuals. The VP will also immerse themselves in the products and customer needs, ensuring the team is actively engaging with users and delivering excellence.
