Quantum Metric is seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Partnership Marketing to build and lead a team and establish a best-in-class process for working with partners across their Continuous Product Design ecosystem. This role will focus on driving revenue, customer acquisition, and brand awareness through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of relationship development, go-to-market strategy, and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans to drive accelerated revenue growth with and through partners.
  • Manage and grow partnerships with marketing leaders within the partner ecosystem.
  • Create a playbook for partnership best practices and define success metrics.
  • Drive partner plans for joint lead generation.
  • Work closely with global alliance managers and regional channel managers.
  • Establish and manage a high-performing partnership marketing team.
  • Align internal teams (Alliances and Channels) with partner marketing initiatives.
