Responsibilities

Responsibilities include collaborating across the enterprise, acting as an escalation point for engineering and solution design issues, and driving the adoption of best practices like TDD, CI/CD, and automated regression. The role also involves advocating for GenAI capabilities, ensuring a security-first mindset in engineering, and embedding innovation and experimentation within teams. Continuous improvement through metrics like DORA and application availability, managing tech debt, supporting Agile delivery, and acting as a senior-level business change driver are also key duties.
