Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for the retail business, driving customer acquisition and retention at scale
  • Architect the digital retail marketing budget, accountable for delivering measurable results that are accretive to the business
  • Partner with P&L owners to align digital marketing strategy and spend, translating goals into clear business outcomes
  • Build and scale marketing programs that can be executed with nuance locally and are effectively implemented across stores
  • Lead the measurement and optimization of full-funnel marketing, from discovery through repeat visits
  • Lead digital-first retail innovation, including loyalty programs, personalized e-commerce experiences, and frictionless transactions
