Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 10+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position
  • Experience in ad tech, martech, SaaS, or a related digital media field strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling integrated demand generation programs that deliver sales pipeline and % of revenue
  • Deep expertise in ABM digital marketing, inbound and outbound tactics, and lead nurturing
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo (or similar MAP), ABM platform, marketing analytics, and attribution modeling
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act on marketing and revenue metrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable with executive-level audiences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation and pipeline acceleration strategy to support revenue goals for all IAS business lines and regions across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
  • Lead a team of Global demand generation marketers in building integrated, multi-channel ABM campaigns leveraging digital, content, events, email, and paid media that scale across regions
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development to align campaign strategy with go-to-market plans and ICP targets
  • Own the marketing funnel from lead acquisition through nurture, scoring, and conversion, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness at every stage
  • Own the website, optimizing as a central tool used in the B2B buying journey
  • Own email marketing strategy to build the contactable database and create engagement with customers and prospects
  • Own paid media strategy, optimizing for ROI
  • Oversee agency relationships, driving performance and accountability
  • Oversee MarTech stack and campaign operations, ensuring optimal performance, measurement, and ROI across channels
  • Drive marketing analytics, pipeline attribution, and reporting, communicating results and insights to executive leadership
  • Test and implement scalable programs for new market segments, product launches, or verticals
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across stakeholder groups
