Senior Director, Construction Project Management EMEA

Responsibilities

The Senior Director will lead, direct, and control the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of large, cross-regional or global construction programs, mentoring and coaching team members. They will contribute to creating and maintaining best-in-class construction policies and procedures, establish and maintain supply chain relationships, and foster a client-centric focus on project delivery requirements. The role involves overseeing construction projects throughout the Northern Hub, providing guidance, and managing internal and external teams to ensure projects meet expectations and improve On-time Delivery percentages. Additionally, the Senior Director will oversee contract administration, ensure quality control, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
