Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of commercial planning initiatives, including affiliate strategy, pipeline planning, cross-functional strategic projects, and annual business planning
  • Strengthen analytics capabilities to deliver actionable insights through market research, competitive intelligence, and performance data analysis
  • Oversee the design and implementation of sales force processes and policies, including target setting, territory alignment, incentive planning and payout, and data management and analytics
  • Define and execute learning strategies to build and sustain high standards of commercial functional capabilities
  • Develop and implement Omnichannel Customer Engagement (OMC) strategies, enhance commercial organizational capabilities, optimize the use of platforms such as CRM and Enterprise WeChat, and provide valuable insights through OMC execution and analytics
  • Partner with GCSO and China cross-functional teams on pipeline assessment, launch readiness, operational excellence, and OMC strategy execution
  • Collaborate with Finance to lead long-range planning, portfolio reviews, target setting, prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Drive affiliate-level excellence initiatives aligned with short- and long-term business strategies to maximize resources and achieve commercial goals
