They should demonstrate expertise in crafting actionable, enterprise-level strategies and executive presentation and storytelling skills, along with a passion for imagining the future.
The Senior Director - Client Strategy will be responsible for defining industry-leading strategies to drive client acquisition and deepen relationships with clients, leveraging methodologies such as root cause analysis and scenario-based planning. They will drive discussions with senior leaders across the enterprise to make strategic investments, prepare and deliver executive presentations, and partner with research teams to gather client insights. Additionally, they will conduct external research, manage distinct projects, and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including financial advisors and other strategy teams.
