Responsibilities

  • Support product innovation, menu optimization, and LTO strategy by leveraging data and industry best practices
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (culinary, operations, merchandising, marketing) to align category initiatives with broader business goals
  • Establish and refine KPIs to measure category performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
