Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, or related roles within fast casual/QSR restaurants or food e-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, including proficiency in Excel and BI tools (especially Looker)
  • Deep understanding of assortment strategy for foodservice brands
  • Excellent pulse for food trendspotting and drivers of shifting consumer preferences
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where agility and action are key
  • Leads with data, using insights to shape strategy and drive decisions that improve performance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and customer engagement for Wonder’s fast casual brands
  • Support product innovation, menu optimization, and LTO strategy by leveraging data and industry best practices
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (culinary, operations, merchandising, marketing) to align category initiatives with broader business goals
  • Establish and refine KPIs to measure category performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
