Specific experience in packaging and pricing software businesses for at least 3 years is also necessary. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to tailor them for senior executive and line management audiences.
The Director, Monetization Strategy will determine, support, and execute monetization strategies for ongoing and new innovations across Technology Workflow Business Units, including IT, risk management, and security operations products. This role involves driving prioritization and clarity of pricing and packaging strategies across these units, working cross-functionally with product, GTM, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment with the corporate strategic roadmap. Responsibilities include preparing product leaders for Pricing Committee approval reviews with robust pricing proposals, providing key monetization strategy inputs into Business Unit 3-year strategic plans, and driving strategic pricing analytics and insights from data and market analyses. The role also entails leading customer/market studies on feature value, packaging, and pricing, transforming key insights into actionable recommendations, communicating findings to stakeholders and senior executives, and driving productivity and scale for a core team of direct reports.
